As the Growth Hacker in GoGet, you will be all about GROWTH GROWTH GROWTH! It will be hands on work on having a goal and then driving to that goal with 100% full force. We are looking for someone to take GoGet to the next level in terms of GROWTH. This can only be done with someone who has experience in growing start ups in the past, growth hacking and pushing numbers to go beyond the status quo. You will be part of an exciting journey and this is a great time to jump on board.
You will work closely with the Co-founders and CEO to execute the top priorities for the business. You will also provide data and strategy based on the execution of projects on what works and what does not. This will lead to you having an impact on our strategy and overall direction on GoGet.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most resourceful and determined individuals who are passionate about impacting people’s lives by creating opportunities on the GoGet platform.
Ideally, you need:
• to be determined and excited to redefine opportunities for the people to earn and empowering people through jobs on our platform
• strong work experience in growth hacking past tech startups
• a burning need to push growth of a start up into its next evolutionary stage
• no fear of speaking your own mind and suggesting constructive ideas
• the ability to work collaboratively across the operation team and community builders
• the verbal skills to help the community builders understand what we’re marketing for them
• to be resourceful and a “Go-Getter” in life
• strong desire for something new and fresh
• like to eat ice cream
