Reporting to the Country Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Work with recruiters in sourcing and recruitment of non-executive / junior level positions.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, perform candidate resumes screening and selection.
- Prepare employment contracts and assist international interns onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners (universities, job boards, agencies) for offsite recruitment activities; eg. Career fair, recruitment drive, career talk
- Handle general administrative duties such as job postings, generating reports and researching
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Administration
- Possess excellent communication and coordinating skills
- High energy, self-motivated and keen interest in a fast pace start-up environment.
- Candidate must be able to commit for at least 4-6 months.
- Excellent ability to work in a team in a regional / international environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
