Konsula is in a mission to break open access to healthcare for Indonesian people. Founded by 3 recent Harvard and Michigan graduates who were born and raised in Indonesia, it is created as an answer to imparity of healthcare services in our surroundings.
Our Konsula smart search is designed to connect patients with their most suited doctors, which is possible due to filters such as price, location, specialization, schedule, et cetera. It enables users to book appointments and submit reviews with just a few clicks. Konsula also provides an online healthcare practice management software that provides doctors and clinics with appointment scheduler and client record services.

- Be in charge of verifying all contents in our database and supervising customer service staffs to correctly enter all data
- Create, develop and manage content for Konsula’s online platform
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all of Konsula's online properties
- Work with a cross-departmental team
- Maintain and develop the master content for all Konsula's online properties
- Copyedit and proofread all of Konsula's online content
- Oversee CS, freelancers, including writers, and copyeditors
- Assure web-based and app-based information is archived for future needs and reference
- Track and report on all site metrics
- Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
- Minimum 3 years of managing content and production for high-traffic websites/apps
- Experience with content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Goal-oriented
- Good communication and organizational skills
