The Social Mill is a startup studio dedicated towards building great ideas backed by exceptional entrepreneurs. We are launching an IoT based offline customer engagement and analytics platform for merchants in the lifestyle segment and are looking for a business co founder to scale the venture.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
- Responsible for setting up operations, managing a team, establishing business activities and gaining market leadership in Singapore
- You will actively take part in developing an extremely high potential regional start-up in a new market

Beyond your managerial skills, you are strong at structuring and analytics. This proves in the ability to set up efficient business process and manage P&L
