Marketing Executive job at Rent A Dress Anywhere

Rent A Dress is an online portal for rental of designer dresses founded in 2014 and now operating in two countries - Malaysia and Singapore. The founder, Shuen, comes from a management consulting and manufacturing operational background and is looking to hire top talents from the startup industry who are highly driven and ambitious. Roles of all levels (junior to regional heads) are open for hire.

  • liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
  • communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
  • writing and proofreading copy;
  • liaising with designers and printers;
  • organising photo shoots;
  • arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
  • maintaining and updating customer databases;
  • organising and attending events;
  • sourcing and securing sponsorship;
  • conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
  • contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
  • managing budgets;
  • evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • monitoring competitor activity;
  • supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
  • At least 2-3 year's relevant Marketing experience
  • Clear understanding of planning and budgeting
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Highly resourceful
  • Highly creative
  • Clear understanding of metrics measurement and reporting
