Responsibile for understanding project brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
Engages with business development team and/or client early on to seek deeper appreciation of the clients' business problem/goals.
Develop understanding of the end users of the web application or mobile application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
Prepare prototypes of site/features, wireframing for internal review and brain storming.
Presents designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
Design tools: Mastery of Adobe photoshop, and illustrator. Optional: sketch, fireworks
Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the design process.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile with approaches/idea to flex those boundaries.
Candidate must be absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
