Selected candidates will be working with our engineering team to build mobile apps on Xamarin for Android and iOS. You will work on the latest innovation in capital market technology and deliver features that will be used by millions of users daily.

• Develop, deploy and maintain the consumer facing mobile application of AlgoMerchant.
• Devise and implement technical solutions in line with our eCommerce and digital marketing strategy.
• Learn and work with the latest frontend frameworks to turn wireframes and mocks into incredible user experiences.
• Participate actively in writing requirements and designing the architecture of the cloud based SaaS.
• Support continuous deployment or delivery by developing automated test frameworks to ensure system stability, security and speed.
• Manage system integration with external platforms where necessary, e.g. market data providers, payment gateways & social media platforms.

Main

• Solid 2+ years of experience developing mobile application on iOS or Android either using native framework or cross-platform framework like Xamarin or Titanium.
• Higly proficient in developing UI or Front-End components of mobile apps.
• In depth knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise scale software-as-a-service.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn and explore new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

General

• High proficiency in one of the major programming languages such as csharp, Java, cplusplus, Ruby, Python, or Javascript. 
• Experience in Cloud-based deployment using either Windows Azure, AWS, Heroku, or other major cloud technology provider.
• Familiarity with build and deployment automation.
• Good knowledge in both object-oriented programming and functional programming.
• Good knowledge in Data Mining and Statistics.
• Working experience in Agile development environment with continuous integration and test-driven development.
• Working experience in enterprise application/web development.
• A good degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or experience in closely-related field.
