• Partner with internal business owners to institute service-level policies and programs for improved delivery, accountability and satisfaction for both inbound and outbound requests
• Drive standardization and rationalize spending across all internal business platforms and procedures with a strong focus on software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud-based solutions
• Design and lead the implementation of a company-wide enterprise security strategy for network and hardware security, data protection, and information access across all major systems
• Re-architect and redeploy existing back office systems including billing automation, accounting, and real-time reporting and analytics capabilities for each department
• Implement standard processes across each department for requirements identification, vendor evaluation, and systems deployments

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in organizing projects and delivering quality releases on schedule
• Familiarity with Java, PHP, SQL and Linux
• 2+ years’ experience managing large, cross-functional projects
• Practical knowledge and skill in the use of project management methodologies and tools for project planning and issue management.
• Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects (co-location, production operations.)
• Quantitative analytical abilities
• Proven problem solving skills
• Familiarity with information security, relational databases and cloud computing.
• Experience driving cross functional strategic initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Excellent organization, analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills.
