We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with media agency experience to coordinate and facilitate the expansion of our client base. You will be the front of the company and will have the experience and dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy for the company and to manage a team of Account Executives.
Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through securing new commercial partnerships with financial institutions and overseeing overall revenue growth within the company.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- 3-5 years working experience at a media agency (preferrably with experience dealing with financial institution clients)
- Very familiar with digital marketing
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Well connected and able to navigate big organizations easily
