Customer Service Representative job at Sejasa Indonesia

Sejasa is a service marketplace that connects people with service providers (photographers, cake makers, dress designers, interior designers, renovation contractors, etc.) that are recommended by the community. Customers tell us their detailed requirements, we help match them with up to 4 service professionals who will send a customized quote (complete with business profile, contact details, portfolio and reviews).

We have changed the way people search for services in Malaysia and we’re going to change how Indonesian search for services soon. We are a dynamic startup based out of Jakarta and we looking to add smart, dynamic and highly motivated members to our team. We’re going for a wild ride and hope you will come with us!   • Resolve problems or issues by clarifying user complaints, determining the cause, explaining the solution and following up
  • Record details of user inquiries
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in customer service related job
  • Problem solving and solid communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Professional manners
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good written and spoken Indonesian language skill
