Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing and securing clients
- Assist in building sales strategy with Senior Manager, Marketing and Content team
- Meet sales target and beyond with a desire to exceed expectations
- Be proactive in the marketing, build and maintain relationships with existing clients while bringing in new business
- Excellent skills in writing proposals and tenacious follow up
- Assist Senior Manager & Content to ensure the delivery of attendees to the event
- Work closely with the Asia regional offices to pro-actively develop cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence
- Daily interaction with content and marketing teams on project requirements is required with our local and regional offices.
- Travel as required
Qualifications/Skills:
- University degree or equivalent work experience desirable
- 1 years sales experience preferably dealing with hospitality or F&B players
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Ability to anticipate market trends and be proactive in the market
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands simultaneously
- Ability to deal with deadline pressure and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong networking and communication skills with fluency in key languages, preferably with experience in new media
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel 20% both regionally and international.
- Hold Indonesian Citizenship
