- Gather and review business requirements with client
- Assist Salesperson in preparing presentation and clarify any technical questions with client
- Perform technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Manage cost, development and quality of project
- Develop new Web / Mobile Applications and maintain existing Web / Mobile applications based on given requirements and instructions
- Integrate Web Application with database-driven or API -driven back-ends
- Develop, enhance, document and maintain in-house developed software according to best software engineering practices and ensure scalability.
- Perform research and development and prototype solutions to solve difficult problems
- Coordinate and follow up unfinished tasks, including usability, security and performance improvement, scalability
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Process and provide resolution to system defects
- Provide production support, respond to client's problems efficiently and effectively with a solution and takes initiatives to recommend possible system enhancements or improvements where appropriate
- Drafting of User Manuals or Operating Procedures for end-user
- Manage technology vendor and developers and keep development costs within budget
