Customer Service Manager job at Duriana Malaysia

As our Community Support Hero, you are the connector between our community of users and the Duriana team. Your mission is to facilitate the user's experience in our mobile app and finding fast, creative and efficient solutions for our user's challenges. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide superior support, advice and troubleshooting steps to our community members through multiple channels including email and social media
  • Guide our users through transaction related processes that include shipping, returns, payment and claims
  • Join forces with the product team to further develop and improve our mobile app based on user feedback
  • Help with managing payment operations and logistic processes together with the senior management
  • Support the team in optimizing, developing and establishing new processes

PLUS:

  • previous customer service experience
  • familiarity with ticket management systems (ie: Zendesk)
  • previous startup experience
