Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for :
- supporting the hiring needs of managers in various departments (Marketplace, Marketing, BI, Operations, Pricing etc) in searching for suitable candidates
- supervising all the operational work (job posting, tracking, scheduling)
- supporting recruitment events such as careers fairs and liaising with agencies
- supervising the local recruitment activities and providing guidance and mentoring to the team.
- building a pipeline of candidates (key standard roles: consultants, analysts etc)
- supporting candidate management from interview to offer closing/contract generation
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- at least 2 years of recruitment experience in multinational companies and/or agency
- experience in managing complex projects in a fast changing environment
- the ability to multi task and work on various projects
- good command of the English language
- enthusiasm and an eye for detail
