- You will have the responsibility to curate and grow the quality and quanity of MetroResidences apartment assets in Singapore
- Develop strong relationship with asset owners such as developers, real estate funds, property managers, and private investors.
- Acquire and engage strong asset manager in prime locations.
- Conduct asset on-boarding and educate asset manager on converting asset into quality corporate apartments.
- Develop a strong network and partnerships to expand a healthy community of asset owner base
- Ability to negotiate with local vendors and build relationships
- Mobile work environment
- Expectional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to job in a fast pace work enviroment.
- Adventurous and wordly individual who loves to travel and meet new people.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
