Being an Apprentice Entrepreneur is all about the experience. At Fixir, we believe in investing in the team. You will learn the skillsets and perspectives that will empower you whether you decide to be an employee or an entrepreneur subsequently. You will gain skills that are transferable that add value to you whether you choose to continue your journey with us or with another company.

You can look forward to unique experiences that will be radically different from other typical internships. There are internships that just treat interns as manual labour; we promise you that our Apprentice Entrepreneur program is not one of those.

As an apprentice, your job is to absorb as much knowledge as possible, demonstrate that you can apply this knowledge and perhaps, if you're a good fit for the company, we might just invite you to join the team.

Your job scope is simple. In order to learn you have to “Do”. And you will learn to do everything that an entrepreneur does. This includes areas such as marketing, sales, product development, operations and finance. It seems like a tall order, but there are two points to note. You will gradually be immersed into an entrepreneurial environment. We won’t expect you to be able to do everything from day one. The second point is that this is as realistic an experience as you will ever get to being an entrepreneur without bearing the risk yourself. You will learn the lessons needed to become an entrepreneur without having the risks involved with being one.

Your must have a burning desire to learn.

Candidates are expected be highly committed, able to meet deadlines and yet have the mettle in them to challenge redundant processes and procedures.
