What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the trusted single point-of-contact for our supermarket partners and the bridge between their organisation and ours
- Understand their business needs and maintain an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders
- Understand all aspects of the HappyFresh business and be the internal champion for the supermarket partner within HappyFresh
- Assist to resolve all issues relating to the partnership (e.g., operational, content, finance, marketing)
- Propose improvements and ways to deepen the collaboration between HappyFresh and our supermarket partners
- Conduct data analysis to create insights and actionable recommendations for the partner
- Update the supermarket partner with performance reviews and new developments within HappyFresh
- Collect feedback from the supermarket partner and take actions to address
What You Should Already Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or more
- 2-3 years in an account/relationship management position or related role
- Excellent speaking/writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Excellent communicator with good diplomacy/negotiation skills
- Quick learner with a natural curiosity
- Willing to get hands dirty and do what it takes for the benefit of the supermarket partner
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience with grocery retail or fast moving consumer goods is a plus!
