Racroot is an enterprise recruitment service designed for distributed hiring teams. We employ several technologies such as web video for distributed teams to communicate and collaborate better. We are currently planning for beta-testing in January.
The Wowza expert will work exclusively on optimizing the web video streaming functionality of Racroot. This is an exciting opportunity to carve a significant niche out of a multi-billion dollar recruiting market.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Java code QA to identify improvement areas, optimizing service architechture, managing service delivery, defining network architecture.
