Create & Implement our operational strategy!
You will:
-
Drive operational strategy: implement the overall operational policy and create solutions to optimize the use of Easyship’s resources

Create our operational playbook: write our Standard Operating Procedures and develop the workflow to sustain them.

Manage order fulfillment and invoices: build, maintain and grow relationships with logistic partners and corporate customers.

Take charge of logistics management: ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at the appropriate cost.

Improve the performance of logistics and courier service providers to ensure their fulfillment by measuring pre-set service level agreements

Work with other team members to evaluate, prioritize, and organize projects aimed at providing continuous improvements.

2 years of experience in logistic / eCommerce related industries

Strong analytic skills and can deal with numbers

Minimum of a bachelor degree a major in logistics or supply chain is a plus
