People Organization Executive job at Easyship Hong-Kong

You will:

  • Run performance management, HR advisory and employee relations management

  • Take charge of legal and admin requirements

  • Generate reports and analysis to build the HR strategy

  • Coordinate interdepartmental relations and forecast resourcing needs

  • Drive the entire recruitment process: develop focused and in-depth search plans, conduct interviews, prepare salary proposals and onboarding arrangements

  • Develop headhunting practices for top talent and be creative in reaching your objectives

  • Enhance Easyship’s visibility through networking, marketing & communication efforts

  • Handle ad-hoc projects if necessary

 

 

 

The right person will be:

  • Hard-working. Not afraid to run the extra mile

  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learner, achiever

  • Ability to work independently as well as in team

  • Structured person and focused on process, details, and quality

  • Some experience in HR or people management is desired

  • Experience with recruitment of technical profiles is a plus
