We are searching for an energetic and motivated individual who has the ability to support our co-working community with hospitality and excellent customer service. A key component of this role is a keen interest in coffee and enjoyment in serving as the in-house barista. We are seeking an exceptional individual who loves creating memorable experiences for others, is detail oriented, and resourceful and has the ability to interact with a diverse group of people in a dynamic environment.

·       Provide guests with a warm welcome

·       Act as a barista to the community members

·       Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints

·       Plan and manage events held in-house

·       Manage new members onboarding to the space

·       Conduct regular operational checks

·       Oversee the housekeeping staff and contractors

·       Oversee procurement of supplies and pantry items

·       Provide information about local features such as shopping and dining
