Account Manager job at Easyship Hong-Kong

Build and maintain our customer network, be passionate about selling a product you believe in!

You will:

  • Establish an interactive and trustworthy relationship with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance

  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to identify their needs and propose new products. Improve our service by coordinating sales activities with the technical team

  • Monitor the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention strategies by tracking key account metrics

  • Identify short and long term growth opportunities by keeping up to date with the market trend and competitor activity

  • Assess customer’s critical needs and transform them into our business opportunities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction rate.

  • Pro-actively build a strong network

 

 

The right person will be:

  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learner. Achiever

  • Likeable and positive, with an ability to listen and articulate

  • Hard-working. Not afraid to run the extra mile

  • Analytical and can easily deal with numbers

  • Capable of working independently and in a team

  • Excellent in communication skills with proven ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) articulately in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in customer services is a plus
