What You’ll Be Doing 

• Responsible for the full content production process to ensure products appear on our app and website at a high level of quality and speed
• Compiling product information/updates from our supermarket partners and importing them into our database in the right format
• Implementing and optimising SOPs to ensure efficient working processes Responsible for quality control of the product information, photos, and translations
• Handling requests and updates from other parts of the company e.g., content bugs reported by shoppers, promotional campaigns from Marketing
• Constantly enhancing the searchability of products by adding keywords, filters, and additional information (e.g., nutritional details)
• Maintaining the product database with high standards of content quality, uniformity, accuracy and completeness
• Recruiting, developing and retaining your team of content writers and photographers
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with Heads of Production in other HappyFresh cities and with HQ
• Leading new initiatives to improve content quality and team productivity

Who We Are Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of content production experience in an e-commerce environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail
• Highly organised, structured and process-driven
• Adept at Excel and manipulating large sets of information
• Experience in managing teams (up to 10 people)
• Passion for grocery shopping or food is a plus!
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
