As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible and accountable for planning and management of product life cycle for assigned projects, which includes defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
You will develop project management plans, milestone measurements and associated documents.
Collaborate with engineers and relevant parties to design solution, conduct technical feasibility studies, product specifications, through the project life cycle.
This role oversees development and testing of project from development to release stage and provides regular updates to relevant parties through communication tools and meetings. You will be required to publish completed product releases to operations department and provide initial product training and support resources.
While you understand that it is important to complete a project on time, it is equally important to ensure that the product continues meeting the needs of our customers. You should be able to challenge the release process if it is at odds with our natural project management instincts to achieve best customer outcome.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal skills
· A good understanding of user-centered design principles
· Acquire strong technical and analytical skills
· Self motivated and resourceful
· 2-3 years experience in a technical or project related roles
· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
· Experience with Agile Development methodologies an advantage
· Project Management certification an advantage
