Job Responsibilities:
• Work together with a team and responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Meet and maintain relations with key clients and vendors
• Liaises with the operation / project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of client projects
• Works closely with the marketing communication team to develop appropriate marketing strategies
• Develop and present relevant business proposals to prospective clients when necessary
• Track market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
• Provide necessary training to the sales team and others as and when required
• In charge of the Customer Relationship Management system
Job Requirements:
• More than 5 years of sales experience with degree in any field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills are required
• Should be good with presentations
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, enjoys meeting people
• Works well in a team and has leadership skills
• Proactive, initiative and able to work in a dynamic environment
Other Information:
• 5 day work week
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
• Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
