General Description
We are seeking energetic, driven, fast-paced and dynamic person with experience in Marketing & Events Management to join our dynamic team. Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing and communications plans, budgets and timelines for exhibitions, conference and events
- Events planning, organisation and execution of clients projects
- Client and project management
- Create and deliver marketing activities in line with corporate portfolio
- Work with in-house team to ensure all marketing activities performance can be tracked
- Assist in preparation of regular marketing related reports and presentations.
- Plan, organise and implement all Corporate and Marketing Communications activities including public relation, media relations, advertising, corporate partnerships, association endorsement
- At least 2 years experience in Events Management, Vendor management and General Marketing roles
- Good market research skill
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Good writing skill
- Self motivated and result oriented
- Independent and good team player who is able to work in a fast pace environment
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash is a bonus
