General Description

We are seeking energetic, driven, fast-paced and dynamic person with experience in Sales and  Businss Development to join our dynamic team. Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Product Evangelism: Communicate product/solution messaging to corporate clients, prospects, and respective Sales Channels.
  • Packaging & Pricing: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for the market by understanding corporate client personas, sales channel partners and prevailing market dynamics influencing our buyers
  • Market/Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on the buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition to articulate how iGROW’s HealthTech solution is different and offers value to the clients.
  • Sales Channel Management: Drive and develop long-term mutual relationships with specific sales channels such as HR Consultancies, Insurance Brokerages or Business Associates & Federations
  • Sales & Business Development: Plan & Formulate Sales strategy for the whole year to generate leads and drive solution sales and services
  • Team Accountability: Drive and manage sales pipeline and forcase reporting to Head of Business

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Business Development, Vendor/Channel Management and Marketing
  • Candidates with existing network with HR Consultancies, Insurance Brokerages, or Business Associations & Federations will have great advantage
  • Candidates with experience in HR Employee Benefits will have advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills with good understanding of HR needs and Technology Trends
  • Degree/Diploma
