What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for all strategic and operational decisions within your territory
- Leading and executing strategic projects to enhance growth and strengthen operations, on time and within budget
- Expanding HappyRecipe’s operations to new neighbourhoods
- Acquiring and maintaining relationships with supermarket partners
- Tracking critical growth metrics for your market
- Hiring top talent
- Sharing best practices with City's Managing Directors of other territories
What You Should Already Have
- 3+ years business development experience, ideally in eCommerce
- Deep knowledge of local territory and culture
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong track-record of hitting targets
- Passionate about food and ready to build an engaged and knowledgeable community around cooking and food inspiration
- Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
