You will:
- Establish an interactive and trustworthy relationship with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to identify their needs. Improve our service by coordinating sales activities with the technical team
- Monitor the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention strategies by tracking key account metrics
- Identify short and long term growth opportunities by keeping up to date with the market trend and competitor activity
- Assess customer’s critical needs and transform them into our business opportunities
- Pro-actively build a strong network
Your profile:
- Hard-working. Not afraid to run the extra mile
- Self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learner, achiever
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Structured person focused on process, details, and quality
- 2/3 years working experience is a plus
- Experience with recruitment of technical profiles is a plus
