- To come up with the concept and mockups for development in web and mobile.
- To design user interfaces for development both for web and mobile.
- To translate design mockups and wireframes into usable code templates, for web.
- To be highly skilled and proficient in front-end coding languages with responsive design (HTML5, CSS 3, Javascript).
- To maintain the development of the product built, both for web.
- To create a solid user experience for each product thats being designed.
- To come up with strong User Task flow, interaction models and screen designs, and the details of the each element.
- To optimize user experience.
- To be able to develop products that have great balance between User Experience and Corporate Direction.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript.
- Great at typography, design and art direction.
- Able to work with a team of programmers.
- Creative & passionate about the growth of web & mobile designs.

- Paper qualification is nice to have but not a requirement.
