Accounts and Audit Assistant job at Rent A Dress Malaysia

Rent A Dress is an online portal for rental of designer dresses founded in 2014 and now operating in two countries - Malaysia and Singapore. The founder, Shuen, comes from a management consulting and manufacturing operational background and is looking to hire top talents from the startup industry who are highly driven and ambitious. Roles of all levels (junior to regional heads) are open for hire.

  • Carry out all necessary functions pertaining to accounting and financial activities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly closing of accounts and reports in timely submission to Management
  • Handle accounting data entry and day to day operations of accounting function
  • Manage offfice stock planning, management and records and stock count
  • Maintain efficient filing and documentation system for audit and statutory requirement
  • Perform the necessary audit of different functions as scheduled
  • Optimize and improve process efficiencies across functions
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly functions on Microsoft Excel
  • At least 2 years' experinece
  • Audit experience a strong bonus
