  • Provide spectrum of support services (i.e Finance, HR, Legal & Admin)
  • Drive Special Projects (i.e Grant Application, License Approvals, Foreign Visa Application, etc)
  • Design business operations processes and manage all cloud based services company uses to operate the business 
  • Work with 3rd party Accountant to prepare monthly company financial and operations report 
  • Research, plan and arrange all domestic or international travel arrangements for the Founder/Team
  • Maintain and drive company culture outlined by Founder
  • Supervise staff and maintain staff performance records 

The Rambo Skills needed to succeed 

  • First and foremost - you need a degree in Business Admin or related field, with 2years+ experience in supporting C-level executives and 3x bonus points if you have Startup experience.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Finance and Corporate Secretarial 
  • Communication is really key in our Startup, so you'll need to have good command of written and spoken English. Your Bahasa Malaysia also needs to be decent.
  • 3+3=7? Can you solve this problem? In startups most problems don't make sense - so you'll need an analytical mind and awesome problem solving skills.
  • It goes without saying you'll need awesome organization, administration and time management skills
  • Of course, we’re looking for self-starters - candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction, and learn by asking the right questions.
