- Lead user experience strategy for web & mobile applications in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
- Develop long term product development vision and roadmap activities
- Collaborate with business user and developers to define feature and common experiences, using established as well as entirely new patterns and paradigms to meet project goals and objectives.
- Participate in discussions about user definition, UX and UI development, and help define how best to achieve business objectives through quality user experience and user interface design.
- Iterate, produce, and present user flows, wireframes, and concept designs as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in product/web/interaction design
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centric design solutions
- High level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript - this role requires someone who can design and build
- Solid knowledge of UI best practices, web interface design and stays current on design trends and technology evolution on the web
- The ability to develop and/or use tools to create quick proof of concepts to demonstrate user interactions and processes
- Experience researching, designing, and testing end-user interactions that resolve complex UX challenges
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Experience creating wireframes, storyboards and prototypes
