Rent A Dress is an online portal for rental of designer dresses founded in 2014 and now operating in two countries - Malaysia and Singapore. The founder, Shuen, comes from a management consulting and manufacturing operational background and is looking to hire top talents from the startup industry who are highly driven and ambitious. Roles of all levels (junior to regional heads) are open for hire.
- Able to reserach on new, interesting and on-demand marketing projects
- Able to justify findings based on industry research and market feedback
- Create awareness of the organisation by implementing branding and marketing strategies via all media and networking channels
- Create revenue and marketin driven campaign and initiatives
- Develop and spearhead new strategies that can add value to the organization's brand positioning
- Acquire relevant partners to co-brand with the intention of exploring new markets and increasing market share
- Capable in developing competent lead research and a driven attitude to convert these into trackable action
- Social media / media relationship management - updated on all forms of social media and industry updates on the latest information and tools, subsequently creating reports to present to Management on how to utilize these platfroms to the best advantage
- At least a Degree in Marketing / Mass Communictions / E-commerce / Business Administration
- Excellent communicator
