Key responsibilities
Managed Singapore Sales activities. Lead, ensure and oversee guidance to Sales team in
(a) Pre-engagement diligence
(b) Sales engagement execution
(c) Deal closure follow throughs
(d) Post Sales Customer satisfaction and referrrals
Job Responsibilities
- Determines annual revenue and profit plans by implementing sales & marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements Singapore sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, offering mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated customer accounts.
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
• Completes customer account plans that meet company standards.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Organizational Alignment
• Reports to the Regional Sales Director
• Enlists the support of Sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
• Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
• Works closely with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities within specific customer accounts.
Qualifications
• Minimum "A" levels or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a business-business sales environment.
• PC proficiency
Environmental job requirements and working conditions
• It is likely to require working at odd hours due to time differences and the nature of Startup environment.
