- Product Backlog Management:
The product owner will understand the project scope and requirement and cut it into stories that can be organised into sprints by priority in order to create and manage the Backlog of the project and be able to schedule the delivery.
- Roadmap Management:
Along with the PMO team, the Product owner must create, align and maintain the product roadmap in order to ensure delivery. Updating the roadmap whenever necessary while making sure communication. - Communication:
The Product owner must ensure transparency in the project schedule and timeline using weekly reports as well as the tools in place to inform internal teams.
Communicate with business to ensure that the solution offered to a requirement is understood and approved. Make sure that the concerned team members are aware of what is expected from them. - Process enforcement:
The product owner will have to ensure that the process is understood, respected and optimized

- Two to three years experience working as a Product role or Analyst in the Digital or Finance industry.
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Experience in AGILE methodology
- Fluency in English to facilitate communication between regional teams
- Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
- Ability to create and drive a technical strategy to address customer issues
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers
- High-level process knowledge and technical skills relating to software development, networking and database management
- Knowledge in PHP is a plus
