The Product Manager at Circles Asia operates at the exciting intersection of Consumer Mobile Services, Strategy & Marketing. You will be responsible for product strategy, competitive intelligence, and contribute to design/pricing of packages and plans in line with our highly differentiated positioning.
You are as much at ease in an industry littered with jargon (ARPU, Churn, CVM, CLM, among others) as you are with exploiting the power of numbers to communicate your views. Open to ideas, constantly learning, and continually contributing, you are able to navigate ambiguity through independent research and distill ideas from various sources - all with the single-minded goal of creating products that offer not just true value, but also exceptional delight.
Responsibilities
- Drive a paradigm shift in the Mobile landscape in the region through a combination of passion, innovation, and data-driven insights
- Conceptualize innovative products and enhancements supported by findings from product deep-dives, data analysis, segmentation analysis and market research
- Perform in-depth opportunity/competitive analysis
- Develop ways to bolster Customer Acquisition, Usage, Retention, and Usage
- Closely monitor loyalty and churn indicators
- Continually look for ways to differentiate our product, pricing, and, in essence, the entire customer experience
Ideally you should have
- A degree in Business, Marketing or Technology
- Relevant experience preferably in a Tier-1 mobile market
- Extensive experience in new product development i.e. creating innovative mobile subscription packages
- Experience strategizing around customer acquisition & engagement and churn management
- Strong information gathering and structuring skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience excelling in a cross-functional environment
- A strong work ethic and cheerful disposition
