Broad scope:
The Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE) is looking for a senior manager / manager to engage the community and relevant partners to cultivate entrepreneurial solutions that seek to address social gaps and/or needs in Singapore. This involves cultivating deal flows from pre-startups to start-ups and mature social enterprises, evaluating proposals for grants and investments into social enterprises, as well as to continuously explore how best to support the growth of sustainable social enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and administer programmes to cultivate entrepreneurial solutions to address social gaps and/or needs in Singapore
· Identify opportunities to cultivate potential and viable social enterprises across stages of business growth
· Conduct due diligence and evaluate proposals
· Monitor progress and provide inputs and support to social enterprises as necessary
· Perform any other duties as assigned

Competencies:
Preferably business/finance degrees or experience in the finance sector. Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills. Motivated and passionate for the causes.
