• Experiment with non-traditional methods to acquire users
• Create and monitor A/B tests on our website, ads and user communication flows
• Develop growth strategies in all business channels
• Research and ideate new experiments
• Document results and present learnings
• Create experimental Google & Facebook ads hand-in-hand with PPC team
• Create ideas to improve user communication
• Increase growth in acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue

• Entrepreneurial, passionate about business and technology and strong commercial awareness

• Understanding concepts of the virality coeffi cient, conversion rates and human needs in general

• High level awareness of modern technologies, tools and analytics packages (such as Google Analytics, Optimizely etc.)

• You are interested in emerging markets like SEA

• Strong background in marketing or design

• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibility under little supervision

• Motivated and self-starter

• Ability to prioritize tasks and estimate their impact on key metrics

• Strong communication skills and ability to get your ideas across to both technical and business oriented audiences

• Excellent level of accuracy and detail-orientation

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Offi ce Word, Excel (for data analysis and manipulation with filters, pivot tables and graphs, etc), Power Point

• Basic skills in HTML/CSS and willing to learn more to execute experiments

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with confi dential information

• Strong interpersonal and soft skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
