No longer will lack of time or distance be issues getting things done, and no longer will Malaysians have to accept minimum wage. Our technology platform will connect people's everyday requests with publicly-sourced fulfilment. GoGet is not in the business of providing dry-cleaning delivery; our real provision is the better flow of information and opportunities.

We are looking for someone with the ‘boleh’ attitude, someone who is resourceful, genuine and excited about creating the community. There are five work modules, and you are expected to be able to manage your time appropriately to meet necessary deadlines. This internship will push you and develop you across multiple aspects of the business. We want to ensure that your experience will be comprehensive and gives you a chance to truly understand what it takes to grow a business from scratch. Nonetheless, each module is detailed to specific activities to ensure that you are given depth along with breadth.
1. Build the marketplace:

Track Poster/GoGetter growth

Perform Poster/GoGetter verification

Oversee job fulfilment and troubleshoot when necessary

Handle social media accounts
2. Community Building

Create materials for Posters to better utilise GoGet.my

Create Materials for GoGetter training

Come up with innovative ideas for community building
3. Marketing and Partnerships

Create marketing partnership proposals for merchants

Help execute marketing roll out plan
4. Investor Relations and Strategy

Help put together the long term fundraising proposal and business plan

Perform data analytics on jobs and develop insights to inform marketing and operations
5.Operations

Manage the marketplace and its daily operations of balancing demand and supply within the community

Ensuring both demand and supply have a positive user experience

Influence on our application features and work with our development team for the execution
Requirements

LANGUAGE - Proficient in English, ability to read and write in Bahasa Melayu is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin/other Chinese dialects would be a bonus

ANALYTICAL ABILITY - Able to constantly monitor and understand trends in supply and demand, and use data to make the right, data-driven operational decisions.

BUSINESS INSTINCTS - Be curious! We want people who enjoy thinking about what makes different businesses tick and what incentives drive people to perform better.

PEOPLE SKILLS - Ability to build the community of Posters and GoGetters.

ORGANISED - Ability to manage day-to-day activities on your own and to report on a regular basis. Punctuality for meetings and reports are expected.
