• 5+ years of Manufacturing Industry experience in Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.
• Be able to do technical sales, scope projects and understand customer requirements, adjust and mold solutions and deploy the Arcstone’s platform with the perfect fit.
• Work together with Business Developers to engage new potential clients.
• Service existing clients with module iterations and rapid response solutions.
• Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Engage with development teams internally and offsite to develop new solution sets and modify existing modules for existing and new potential clients.
• Highly personable and good communicator and technically savvy.
• Motivated and critical of progress and actions.
• Works with minimal direction and guidance.
• Keen on results and relentless on pursuing goals.
• Out of the box thinker by utilizing a combination of software and hardware.
• Tech oriented towards automation, real-time control and process improvements
