Your Responsibilities:

·         Customer Relations: Liaising with new clients to confirm contract details and all relevant information for product implementation. Conduct telephonic consultation as well as on-premise visit to the Clients. Activation for Clients as well as leading customer & employee training sessions on SalesForce. Maintain ongoing business relationship and provide technical support/troubleshooting services to customer on the Business Center

·         Administrative Tasks: Preparing all relevant paperwork and establishing protocol for implementation visits, business travel coordination, answering phones, post management, schedule management, web uploads, presentation preparation.

·         Ad hoc projects: Introduction and Identification of customer’s Christmas marketing campaigns. Reporting of workflow on SalesForce and Business Center.

Profile Requirements:

·         You have special interest for software products and new technology

·         You can work independently and under tight deadlines, define priorities, and respond quickly when faced with new and complex tasks

·         You have a hands on mentality and always put the customer first 

·         You communicate effectively at all levels, are extremely ambitious, highly motivated, and would like to work as part of an internationally successful team
