The Financial Analyst at Circles Asia will be the primary business partner for Finance and all allied areas, namely, AR/AP, Payroll, Budgeting, Reporting, Audit, and Tax. As the key representative of the Finance function, you will work closely with the decision-makers to ensure proper financial functioning, accountability, and compliance across all our functions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for

• Maintaining complete set of financial records including receivables and payments
• Monitoring cash flows
• Ensuring financial transactions/processes are in compliance with policies and standards
• Supporting data-driven management decisions through consolidation and analysis of financial information
• Preparing budgets, month-end closing, financial statements, and dashboards
• Consolidated reporting on a regular basis (including weekly and monthly financial reporting) for statutory purposes or aiding management decisions
• Preparing financial forecasts and budgets and tracking actuals vs forecasts

• At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience (including handling full set of accounts)
• A degree in Accountancy or Finance
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and one accounting system
• The ability to determine and communicate the impact of various financial levers at a macro and micro organisational level
• Good knowledge of various statutory requirements
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to craft clear dashboards/reports
• Experience excelling in a cross-functional environment
• A strong work ethic and cheerful disposition
