Areas of Responsibility:

  • Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role will be regional in nature and will require daily communication with the marketing and content teams sitting in 4 offices across IndoAsia.
  • Create paid advertising strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Execute and monitor paid advertising spend regionally, and across Tickled Media’s different business units.
  • Define user personas, monitor CAC and CLV accordingly, and conduct A/B tests to optimize spending.
  • Oversee all email marketing initiatives and optimize our user engagement touch points over time.
  • Enthusiastic and curious learners, with at least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, preferably with a technology startup.
  • Good understanding of Paid Advertising, including SEM, Facebook Advertising, Content Recommendation Networks and comfortable with marketing automation software.
  • HTML & CSS is a plus.
  • Someone who takes initiative and pride in their own work. I don’t want to micromanage, and I’m looking for someone who doesn’t need to be.
  • David Ogilvy says that there are two kinds of advertising executives – Poets (Creative people), and Killers (People who can close and generate revenue). The truly remarkable are the people who can do both – and I’m looking for those people.
