- Attending to incoming inquires / complaints via telephone calls or emails
- Research and analyse inquiries / complaints on case-to-case basis
- Be the front liner to response to customer queries and complaints using excellent communication tone and friendly manner.
- Taking initiative to look for answer from the the complaints and enquiries
- Perform basic organisation skills in compiling complaints and enquiries
- Always have the correct mindset that the customer is always right
- Be able to start immedaitely is a good advantage.
- You have excellent written and spoken English
- Be able converse in Mandarin in an extra advantage
- You enjoy postings on Facebook, Twitter or Blogs
- Strong organisational skills and simple filling
- You are able to communicate professionally with people of all levels
- Your computer is your best mate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Happy character, positive mindset and self-motivation are all essential!
- Flexible, accept people opinions, enjoys a competitive and fast growing working environment
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
