As a Community Manager, you will be in charge of harnessing the relationships between the company’s global social media communities and their users. You will be the expert on building dynamic, high quality online and real-world communities and user engagement. You will nurture the community and interact with our users through various social media tools, forums, conferences and events. You will cultivate relationships with some of our most active users. You will spend most of your time deciding when and where to recirculate content that’s already been published in order to increase readership. You will be required to work closely with our content, data science and marketing team.
Area of Responsibility:
- You will be in charge of harnessing the relationships between Southeast Asia’s largest online parenting portal and their mum users.
- You will be the expert on building dynamic, high quality online and real-world communities and user engagement.
- You will nurture the community and cultivate relationships with our users through various social media tools, forums, conferences and events.

Skills and Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in copywriting/writing online content; experience in an online editorial team is an advantage
- 1+ year experience in social media marketing , utilizing online tools such as Facebook, G+, Twitter, Instagram, WordPress, Google Analytics, , etc.
- Highly motivated, a self-starter, keen to grow their skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Great interpersonal skills, creativity and a good sense of humor! Excellent phone manners and presentation skills
