Hungry, ambitious and experienced Sales Lead needed for exciting start in the eCommerce space. This job would suit an ambitious sales exec looking to get to the next level. There is the opportunity to own and drive the role and expand the remit both within the business as well as the region.
The role involves working with a wide range of businesses in the APAC region to promote the Cresco Data Platform and sell Cresco Data services.
Sales Manager job duties:

Own the targets and drive and manage the team to deliver to KPI’s

Grow clients across each customer vertical

Build and manage channel partnerships
-
Identify and develop strategic partnerships

Own the full sales cycle

Working with the technical team to deliver projects on-time and within budget

Client account management skills

Review and recommend improvements on sales and account management processes and systems
- Attend industry networking events
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in digital advertising, media, software or telco sales
- Diploma, or Bachelor's degree from university
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in another Asian language, preferably Mandarin
- Demonstrated leadership & customer service
- Demonstrated experience in setting, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Negotiation, self-confidence and presentation skills
- Basic interest and understanding of eCommerce platforms and value chain
- Motivated to work in a start-up
