What You’ll Be Doing
- Compute/Control accuracy of purchase receipts in accounting system
- Reconcile cash on delivery (COD) payments
- Reconcile sales reports from Spree system with purchase receipts
- Reconcile credit card payments
- Compute payroll balances for shoppers and drivers and related taxes
- Extract and prepare sales and orders reports
- Prepare VAT reporting
- Ensure effective filing of documents
- Adhoc analysis
What You Should Already Have
- Accounting diploma or professional certification
- 2 – 3+ years’ experience in an accounting role
- Data reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of local VAT and reporting requirements
- Rigorous with close attention to detail
- Desire to work and develop in a fast pace startup
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
