In this role, we are looking for someone to oversee and manage various aspects of infrastructure and operations at SourceClear. This includes managing computer systems, delivery of email systems, backup, security management, patch management, user account management, remote access technologies, wireless, telephone systems and internet access. All our current infrastructure is hosted on AWS and familiarity with managing cloud services is required. To be successful in this role, you need to be pro-active, technical, prepared to roll up sleeves and work hard.
Responsibilities
- Set up, sustain and manage all infrastructure operations at the company
- Negotiate and mange vendor engagements and IT procurement
- Manage hosted GitHub Enterprise, JIRA and other internal applications
- Manage site-to-site VPN and MDM
- Ensure that user and mail accounts are managed securely
- Maintain accurate asset management records
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or, relevant work experience
- Prior experience of managing Exchange server and Active Directory
- Prior experience with AWS and other cloud services
- Must have knowledge of Linux system administration and shell programming
- Sound knowledge of information and communications technology fundamentals
- A positive, service-oriented attitude
- Good verbal and written communications skills
