The Community Manager will fully integrate into the ClosetStyles community in order to understand the wants and needs from the style mates, and play a critical role in speaking and connecting directly to our community on a daily basis.
She will also be producing, sourcing and publishing content (Video, Image, Text) for all major social media channels (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest); recognizing and interacting with digital influencers; quickly and effectively representing ClosetStyles brand to the outside world; and being extremely engaged with the ClosetStyles app. Content for
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer service questions from social media with the appropriate team in a timely manner.
Assist with influencer relations and must be in the know of popular bloggers/ influencers/ celebrities
You should love blogging. You will be producing content for our blog too.
Create marketing collateral and assets to be used in social media promotion
The Community Manager will also in-charged of organising offline events for the community.
(Note: this role does require nights, weekends and holidays)
Photography, Basic Photoshop & video editing strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
